Shipping & Returns

All product is shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail, this keeps shipping costs low while getting the product to you quickly (2-3 business days).
We make every effort to maintain inventory for all stock designs we offer, this means we can typically ship orders within 24 hours for stock designs. In the unlikely event that we run short and cannot ship your order quickly, we will notify you and provide you with an estimated delivery date.

Our customizable designs require more review/setup/production time than our stock designs and will typically ship within 48-72 hours from the time you place your order.

Currently we only sell/ship product within the United States of America.

 

Returns

 The bottom line is... We want happy customers. We make every effort to produce a quality product to your specifications and deliver it in a timely manner.

If we fall short of our goal and fail to meet or exceed your expectations, simply use our automated returns request system within 30 days of receiving your order to submit your return request and arrange for a replacement, a store credit or a refund. Items must be returned in their new/original condition to be accepted. Once submitted, your request will be processed and you will receive an email with more details about returning the item. It's that simple!


If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the "My Account" menu and click the "Return Item(s)" button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
